AI governance packages and prices

Template pack – £245 one-off

For organisations that want to do it themselves. You receive an editable AI Governance Pack in Word: AI policy, AI tool register, risk and impact assessment, internal audit and management review templates, and guidance notes for completing each part. No support is included.

Setup – from £895

We set it up for you. Your AI policy is tailored to your business, the AI tool register is completed with you, AI bot controls are set up on your website, staff are briefed and sign acknowledgements, and your evidence file is ready for audit. Up to 20 staff £895; 21–100 staff £1,495.

Setup + Monitoring – £695 setup, then £125 per month (recommended)

Set up and kept ready. Everything in Setup at a lower setup price, plus a quarterly check of your AI bot settings with screenshots, a quarterly review of your AI tool register, a quarterly evidence report for your auditor and email support. 12-month minimum term. For 21–100 staff the setup fee is £1,295.

What is included and what is not

Each package covers one website, up to 10 AI tools in the register and one staff briefing session. Anything extra is quoted before work starts. Certification body fees and paid Cloudflare or other bot-management plans are not included and are paid by you at cost. Starting prices assume a small, straightforward, single-site business, and VAT treatment is confirmed in your written quotation.

How AI governance fits with ISO 27001 and ISO 42001

If you already hold or are working towards ISO 27001, AI tools and AI bots are part of your information security risks, and auditors increasingly ask how they are controlled. ISO/IEC 42001 is the international standard for an AI management system. Our packages give you a proportionate starting point that can grow into a full ISO 42001 management system if your clients or tenders require certification. Independent certification bodies decide certification and timescales.
